Part-Time Child Therapist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a warm, experienced, and licensed child therapist to work one-on-one with children on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is compassionate, skilled in working with children, and able to build a strong rapport while supporting emotional development and well-being.

In Short

• Part-Time (approximately 2–3 sessions per week) and available via text throughout the week
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: Flexible, ideally after school hours or weekends
• Provide individual therapy sessions focused on emotional regulation, communication, confidence, and healthy coping strategies
• Build a trusting relationship with the child through age-appropriate therapeutic methods
• Maintain clear, open communication with parent(s) for ongoing feedback and support
• Set short- and long-term goals tailored to the child’s needs
• Track progress and make adjustments to the treatment plan as needed

Requirements

• Licensed therapist, psychologist, or counselor in the Philippines
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children (ages 6–12)
• Training or experience in play therapy, CBT for children, or other evidence-based modalities
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to a child's changing emotional needs
