Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in Michigan required upon hire.
• Driver's License required upon hire.
• BLS Certification required within 90 days of hire.
