Broker-Dealer Operations Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Handling customer securities account opening and ongoing account management.
• Managing and executing securities operations including settlement and funding.
• Providing feedback to product development based on back-office processes.
• Validating specifications and accuracy of statutory reporting documents.
• Knowledge of U.S. and Japanese market differences is required.
• Comfortable reading, writing, and speaking in English is preferred.

Requirements

• 3+ years of back-office experience in U.S. securities.
• Understanding of Japanese securities management.
• Knowledge of off-ledger bookkeeping practices.
• Experience in regulatory reporting related to off-site monitoring.
• Familiarity with Japan-specific account types and regulations is a plus.
