In Short

• Act as an individual contributor responsible for the engineering output of the entire team.
• Contribute to the codebase and support fellow team members.
• Ensure proper task allocation and team support.
• Coordinate technical decisions across teams.
• Contribute to technical designs of the system.
• Engage with line managers and coordinate with Head of Engineering.
• Deliver technical solutions respecting functionality, budget, and timeline.
• Work closely with Product Owners on goals and objectives.
• Support recruitment and training for the team.
• Evaluate team performance and participate in performance reviews.
