Overview

As a Senior Recruiter at AllTrails, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a great candidate experience and contributing to the company's growth.

In Short

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Provide outstanding candidate experiences from application to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and define sourcing strategies.
• Source passive candidates using creative tactics.
• Build and maintain a recruiting playbook for standardization.
• Track and report key hiring metrics with People Ops.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience efforts.
• Mentor a recruiting coordinator and sourcer.
• Ensure data quality in candidate records and hiring processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a Technical Recruiter role.
• 3+ years in the Consumer space focusing on Engineering and Technical roles.
• Experience in innovative sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.
• Prior experience using an ATS.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful in finding active and passive job seekers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
