Overview

The SIU Investigator Senior Consultant II is responsible for investigating and analyzing complex insurance claims referred to the special investigation unit for potential fraud, focusing on significant losses and extra-contractual liability.

Requirements

  • 4 year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
  • 3 or more years of experience in a related field (Preferred).
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Ability to manage complex claims and customer interactions.
  • Experience with fraud detection and insurance practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to conduct field investigations.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology for investigations.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance.
