RV/Specialty Desk Estimator - Remote

Overview

The RV/Specialty Desk Estimator is responsible for creating and auditing comprehensive estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims, primarily focusing on RVs, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles. This role requires strong estimating fundamentals and the ability to negotiate settlements effectively.

• Licensing preferred but not required; must be willing to obtain during training.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Builds relationships with internal and external customers.
• Compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in damage assessment.
• Strong estimating fundamentals.
• Experience with negotiation and settlement documentation.
• Ability to evaluate settlement alternatives.
• Deep understanding of insurance policy types.
• Must possess authorization to work in the USA.
• Willingness to obtain a license if not currently licensed.
