Overview

The Outbound Campaign Consultant at Allstate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities surrounding Dialer utilization and enhancing the overall business strategy for Direct Sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related area preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with Noble Systems/Alvaria technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of data management software like Tableau.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of call center operations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working cross-functionally.
