The Financial Clearance Representative is responsible for managing pre-service insurance reviews for healthcare clients, working remotely or from the Marshfield, WI office.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a call center and healthcare customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with medical billing and coding is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to navigate multiple computer applications.
• Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
