All In One Accounting is excited to partner with our client to find an experienced Finance Director to join their organization, which is dedicated to providing Afghan girls with a rigorous education.

In Short

• Serve as the finance and accounting leader of the organization.
• Supervise and manage the ERP system.
• Ensure accurate and prompt recording of financial transactions.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls.
• Oversee financial management and accounting staff.
• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Communicate regularly with management and team members.
• Review and present financial statements to the Board.
• Act as liaison for the Board of Directors Finance and Audit Committee.
• Manage financial aspects of construction projects.

Requirements

• Experience in finance and accounting leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple entities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Understanding of internal controls and compliance.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in non-profit finance is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a remote environment.
