Program Manager, Gender-Based Violence Rapid Rehousing - Remote

Overview

The Gender-Based Violence Rapid Rehousing (GBV RRH) Program Manager is responsible for managing the HUD CoC and Chicago DFSS funded Rapid Re-housing program, overseeing a team and collaborating with various stakeholders to support individuals fleeing gender-based violence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in homelessness service delivery.
• Experience with HUD-funded programming preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to complete 40-Hour DV training within 90 days of hire.
