The Capacity Building VISTA – Performance Engagement role focuses on enhancing the efficiency of the homeless system in Chicago by connecting stakeholders with performance data.

• Full-time AmeriCorps VISTA position
• Supports the Data & Performance Team at All Chicago
• Engages with stakeholders to improve homelessness systems
• Develops processes for critical data identification

• Position begins June 2025 for a 1-year term
• Hybrid remote/in-office schedule

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Goal-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to work from home with internet access
• Encourages individuals with lived experience in homelessness to apply
• Must complete CNCS paperwork if selected
