In Short

  • Provide administrative support to the department and/or Director.
  • Manage paper and electronic documents including review and filing.
  • Assist with appointment, meeting, and travel scheduling.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Take meeting minutes and prepare agendas.
  • Support Office Coordinators with supplies and budget expenses.
  • Provide reception services including phone and email management.
  • Perform general clerical services as needed.
