Overview

Align is seeking a hands-on Procore System Administrator to own and optimize the connection between our data center construction project management platform (Procore) and our cloud-based accounting system (Sage Intacct). This role bridges operations, finance, and technology, ensuring both platforms work in sync to deliver accurate data, streamlined workflows, and actionable insights for leadership.

In Short

  • This hybrid role reports to the Program Manager and will primarily work remotely, with 3 days per week in our Plano, TX office.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational owner of the Procore-Sage Intacct integration, ensuring accurate data flow between systems.
  • Partner with project management, accounting, and leadership teams to align system processes with operational and financial goals.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of integration projects - from requirements gathering to launch, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ experience managing Procore and Sage Intacct integrations in an operational or project management capacity.
  • Strong understanding of construction accounting concepts (job costing, WIP, commitments, retainage, etc.).
  • Proven experience streamlining workflows and improving cross-team collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Excel, data reconciliation, and system-driven reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
