Overview

Alice & Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems. The Performance Optimisation team uses advanced machine learning and optimisation tools to manage every stage of a quantum chip's life, from design to error correction. As a Team Lead, you will challenge traditional methods for calibrating and operating quantum systems and lead a team of experts to drive innovation in quantum hardware design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in managing a research team.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Machine Learning or Quantum Computing.
