Overview

The Marketing Automation & Activation Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end coordination and quality assurance of marketing production services for GMP Academy and Partner Center programs, ensuring seamless execution and continuous optimization of marketing activations.

In Short

  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholder briefs and campaign coordination
  • Manage end-to-end production delivery of livestream events and email campaigns across Gather and Marketo
  • Coordinate production workflows and track progress across tools and timelines
  • Perform QA on event pages, email builds, and Marketo programs to ensure accuracy and readiness
  • Validate Gather-Marketo integrations and campaign setup before launch
  • Build and manage audience segmentation and campaign scheduling in Marketo
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, opt-ins, and unsubscribe requirements
  • Support reporting and production tracking
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance campaign execution

Requirements

  • Valid Marketo Certification (required and must not have expired)
  • Proven experience working with marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns and digital event activations
  • Experience working with Gather or similar event management platforms
  • Strong understanding of campaign QA processes and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience working in a client-facing or cross-functional coordination role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data segmentation, and audience targeting
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
