In Short

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of project management (PM) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Manage all phases of the implementation process, including analysis, planning, execution, and training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather project requirements.
• Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee team members and standardize system structures for consistency.
• Create and manage repositories for templates and guidelines.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics.
• Evaluate completed projects for lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role in project management.
• Exceptional communication skills and empathy for client concerns.
• Experience with PM systems like ClickUp, Asana, and Jira.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and Hubspot.
• Strong project management skills including planning and execution.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools like Miro.
• Expertise in workflow optimization and process automation.
• Analytical mindset to identify inefficiencies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
