Overview

As a Marketing Specialist at Alfafam, you will be responsible for planning, building, testing, and launching high-performing email and SMS marketing campaigns to help businesses grow.

In Short

• Set up, schedule, and launch email and SMS campaigns.
• Build and customize email templates and landing pages.
• Implement UTM tracking, dynamic content, and A/B tests.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and deliverability best practices.
• Create and manage automated journeys and workflows.
• Build and manage audience segments and subscriber lists.
• Handle data imports and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
• 4–6+ years in marketing strategy or campaign management.
• Strong experience with email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years in marketing strategy, campaign management, or growth operations.
• Proven success running B2B or service-based campaigns.
• Strong experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and other platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred).
• Strong understanding of email deliverability and automation.
• Experience with CRM and customer data management.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
