Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead SaaS implementation projects for their safety, health, and quality applications. You will join the delivery team and work alongside solution architects and technical consultants to keep implementations running smoothly and on schedule.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation projects.
• Own project plans, timelines, and task assignments.
• Maintain project governance processes including status reporting.
• Coordinate a cross-functional delivery team.
• Join weekly client calls as the main point of contact.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Use Microsoft Project for project schedules.
• Track budgets and resource allocation using Excel.
• Maintain accurate project records in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
