Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and performance of assigned operations and maintenance (O&M) projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

• Manage overall schedule, execution, and throughput of assigned maintenance projects.
• Maintain accountability for project-level profit and loss (P&L).
• Monitor and report project status, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee maintenance tooling inventory and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics and evaluations in collaboration with resource coordinators.
• Ensure adequate staffing and technician utilization.
• Identify training needs to support technician performance.
• Collaborate with customers to support ongoing operations.
• Support bid preparation activities.
• Manage payroll-related activities and timesheet compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–7+ years of experience managing maintenance or field service teams.
• Experience with project scheduling and P&L accountability.
• Strong leadership and performance management skills.
• Effective communication skills across various levels.
• Proficiency with payroll and workforce management systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in wind or heavy maintenance environments preferred.
