Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of small to large scale PV Solar projects ranging in size between 1 MWac to 100+ MWac.

• Manage a portfolio of solar projects concurrently.
• Act as the commercial lead and enforce contract requirements.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and project schedules.
• Perform internal and external stakeholder management.
• Engage in client and community relations.
• Monitor and manage project costs and risks.
• Utilize information technology platforms for project management.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to project management standards.
• Supervise project team members in collaboration with functional managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 3 – 7 years of project management or construction management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
• Experience in solar projects is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of project management processes and tools.
• Understanding of engineering design and construction practices.
• Exposure to the US renewable energy market is beneficial.
