Robotics Hardware Engineer - Remote

Overview

A leading Value-Added Distributor and provider of IT and IoT products, solutions, and services across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) is seeking an experienced Robotics System Integrator. Your role will be key in enhancing our robotics integration capabilities and strengthening our position as a disruptive leader in the EMEA robotics market.

In Short

• Develop technical solutions for integrating food industry equipment into robotic kiosks.
• Design and develop hardware control boards, including PCB design.
• Program and debug embedded systems.
• Implement and support industrial communication protocols.
• Perform hardware testing and validation.
• Optimize production processes and support hardware integration.
• Work with industrial systems such as electrics, pneumatics, vacuum, and hydraulics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Regular travel to customer sites across the EU and the Middle East.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in developing automated systems.
• Experience with industrial automation.
• Strong knowledge of electronics and microcontroller programming.
• Hands-on experience in schematic capture and PCB design.
• Confident in selecting and sourcing electronic components.
• Experience with embedded communication protocols.
• Skilled in using logic analyzers and test equipment.
• Experience writing Python scripts for testing and automation.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software.
• Strong communication skills.
• English B2+ proficiency.
