Serve Robotics is looking for a Robotics Engineer to join our innovative Autonomy team, driving the expansion of our robotic systems across new urban environments.

In Short

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues in localization, perception, and navigation systems.
• Develop quick fix mitigations for immediate autonomy problems in the field.
• Prioritize and plan the development of new features based on emerging needs.
• Fine-tune machine learning models for optimal performance in new metropolitan areas.

• Develop data collection pipelines for monitoring system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of localization, perception, and navigation technologies.
• Proven experience with machine learning in robotics.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust.
• Experience with robotic frameworks like ROS is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
