Overview

As a Robotics DevOps Engineer at Formic, you will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of American manufacturers through innovative automation solutions.

In Short

• Work on monitoring existing robotic systems and infrastructure.
• Assist with provisioning monitoring infrastructure for new deployments.
• React to issues detected by automated monitoring systems.
• Monitor Grafana dashboards for anomalies.
• Improve robotic fleet monitoring infrastructure.
• Make changes to monitoring code and improve dashboards.
• Update AWS infrastructure and collaborate with the development team.
• Bring a strong understanding of Linux and networking.
• Possess knowledge of AWS, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Experience in Robotics or IoT is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps or IT role.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems.
• Good networking knowledge.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Previous exposure to Robotics or IoT is advantageous.
