Sr. Analyst, Health Plan Performance - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Health Plan Performance (HPP) Analyst serves as a subject matter expert on contractual terms for assigned contracts, payer-specific data sets, current performance, and key opportunities for performance improvement.

In Short

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health service utilization, cost of care, and quality measure performance.
• Prepare and deliver monthly KPI reports to field teams.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to support market workflows.
• Synthesize performance status and market interventions by contract.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis support.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, health policy, or related fields.
• 4 years of experience in an analytic role.
• Extensive Excel or Google Sheets experience.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
