Senior Research Scientist - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Research Scientist will guide intervention strategy and development, evaluate the impact of Aledade’s population health interventions, and use innovative methods to answer pressing business questions.

In Short

• Identify analysis priorities and lead efforts with teams across Aledade.
• Design and execute analysis projects for large scale projects.
• Perform data analysis and statistical modeling to generate actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree may substitute for some experience.
• Masters or PhD in statistics, mathematics or computer science preferred.
• Excellent quantitative analysis abilities.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage or MA STARs performance.
• Attention to detail with version control and quality assurance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health care utilization and quality measurement methods.
