Senior Research Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Research Analyst will support Aledade’s strategic approach to risk stratification and documentation with analyses that leverage rich data sources including Medicare claims, payer sourced data, and electronic health records.

• Participate in the development and refinement of forecasting models to support enterprise-wide projections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation.
• Knowledge of CMS Risk Adjustment models.
• Excellent quantitative analysis abilities.
• Attention to detail with version control and quality assurance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
