Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare communications.
• 3+ years of experience in digital experience design and optimization.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling and AI applications in communications.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on management.
