Senior Director of Product Management (Interoperability) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Director of Product Management (Interoperability) will lead Aledade's efforts in health information exchange by defining strategies and championing participation in national interoperability initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical fluency, strategic vision, and leadership to drive partnerships and influence health technology policy.

• Define long-term vision for Aledade’s participation in national health information exchange initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional teams in developing internal tools and technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• 15+ years of health technology leadership experience.
• 8+ years of experience in negotiating partnerships for interoperability.
• Strong technical fluency in healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, USCDI).
• Leadership experience in product or technology development.
• Understanding of healthcare privacy and security standards.
• Ability to analyze complex federal rules and facilitate feedback processes.
• Experience with TEFCA and related accreditation processes.
• Proven ability to enhance relationships with HIEs and technology vendors.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantitative goals.
• Expertise in national exchange frameworks and regulatory context.
