The Program Manager for Explorer Contract Operations is responsible for managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to enhance contract performance in the healthcare sector.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in healthcare, health technology, or related fields.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in contract management and healthcare operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• 2-3 years of management experience preferred.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Experience with ACO models and value-based care contracts preferred.
• Data analysis and process improvement skills are advantageous.
