Product Strategy Lead (Product + Analytics) - Remote

Overview

The Product Strategy Lead will support the product team in developing the product roadmap by deriving insights from analytics and the digital health landscape.

In Short

• Define and manage SOPs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify changes to improve workflows and transparency.
• Conduct market analysis and fact-finding to validate assumptions.
• Synthesize findings for stakeholders, including executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or internal strategy.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Experience in digital health or value-based care preferred.
• Master’s degree or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in software or digital product development is advantageous.
• Proven track record of using data to support strategic decisions.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
