Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Must be licensed in the state of practice (Delaware).
• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Strong communication skills with healthcare professionals and patients.
• In-depth knowledge of medication adherence and pharmacy quality measures.
• Experience with analyzing pharmacy data.
• Ability to organize and articulate pharmacy performance.
• Completion of a pharmacy residency or equivalent experience.
