In Short

  • Provide exceptional customer service to consumers.
  • Maintain effective relationships with patients, physicians, management, staff and other customers.
  • Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think independently and analytically.
  • Assist patients with clinical questions over the phone.
  • Adhere to triage guidelines and protocols.
  • Document clinical interactions accurately.
  • Work from home independently.
  • 3-5 years clinical experience required.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse in Illinois.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (Illinois).
  • 3-5 years clinical experience (inpatient or ambulatory).
  • Ability to work from home independently.
  • Prior telephone triage experience preferred.
  • Prior contact center experience preferred.
  • Experience using EPIC EMR preferred.
  • Currently enrolled in higher education preferred.
