Overview

The Ironclad Administrator II serves as the subject matter expert for all Ironclad application support at Aledade, acting as the primary point of contact for support, maintenance, configuration, and enhancement requests.

In Short

  • Handles all Ironclad administrative functions including user account maintenance and reports.
  • Develops and supports workflow configurations to meet business requirements.
  • Performs regular system maintenance according to best practices.
  • Troubleshoots issues with Ironclad and related systems.
  • Responds to emergency situations for immediate issue resolution.
  • Maintains Jira tickets with current status and comments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related major, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience as an Ironclad Administrator.
  • 2+ years of experience with Ironclad Workflow Designer.
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce.
  • Ironclad CLM Core Administration certified or equivalent experience.
