Endpoint Management Specialist - Remote

Overview

Aledade is looking for an Endpoint Management Specialist to play a key role in the implementation and maintenance processes for our in-EHR point of care insights solutions. This role will ensure the technical success of deployments by collaborating with practice IT resources and Aledade team members.

In Short

• Serve as expert and primary point of escalation for scalable deployment of point of care solutions.
• Act as internal subject matter expert on IT operations in ambulatory practices.
• Advise practices on deploying and configuring endpoint management tools.
• Provide guidance on creating and managing device profiles for user groups.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline software deployment tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain strong customer service in practice-facing roles.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions in healthcare settings.
• Utilize expertise in endpoint management tools.
• Work flexibly in a remote setting within the US.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or significant relevant work experience.
• 4-6 years working in healthcare IT settings.
• 3+ years of direct practice-facing customer service experience.
• 3+ years experience implementing technology solutions in healthcare IT.
• Expertise in endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Ivanti, or JAMF.
