UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at Alcumus, you will create seamless, user-friendly digital experiences, responsible for designing intuitive interfaces and enhancing usability and aesthetics.

In Short

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to produce high-fidelity mockups from basic wireframes.
• Convert briefs into appealing, highly usable interfaces.
• Present high-fidelity mock-ups for review/iteration/approval.
• Develop understanding of the end users through research.
• Utilize customer data to make informed design decisions.
• Take user needs and branding protocols into account when designing.
• Own and maintain style libraries for cohesive product appearance.
• Build and maintain complex components within style libraries.
• Provide feedback for software requirements based on best practices.
• Stay up to date with UI design trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing nested components and cohesive designs.
• Experience with Figma, Miro, Maze, or other prototyping tools.
• Experience building and maintaining style libraries.
• Familiarity with Google’s Material Design system.
• Excellent time-management and communication skills.
