Overview

As a Growth Marketer at Alan, you will be responsible for scaling our paid acquisition efforts in international markets, focusing on optimizing digital marketing channels and developing targeted campaigns.

In Short

  • Ownership and optimization of digital marketing channels (SEA, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Development of targeted campaigns for specific customer segments
  • Creation and testing of ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages
  • Data-driven optimization of campaign performance and ROI
  • Collaboration with design and content teams for asset creation
  • Management of budget allocation and performance tracking
  • Testing and installing new channels as levers of conversion

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of work experience in growth roles
  • Strong track record in paid marketing
  • Proficient with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Experience in campaign creation, optimization, and budget management
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
  • Ability to work autonomously in full ownership of projects
  • Creative mindset with test-and-learn approach
  • Fluent in English; B2B experience and a second language (FR, NL, SP) are a plus
