OT Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert - ERCIS - Remote

Overview

The OT Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Grid Automation is responsible for driving cybersecurity sales and delivering cybersecurity solutions to customers, while also providing expertise and support to sales teams and customers in various locations.

In Short

• Own cybersecurity expertise for Grid Automation within a specific region.
• Assist Sales Operations in responding to demo requests and RFPs.
• Engage with customers to understand their cybersecurity needs.
• Present cybersecurity offerings at trade shows and events.
• Develop sophisticated cybersecurity designs for customers.
• Provide hands-on assistance at customer sites.
• Promote cybersecurity offerings to utility and industrial customers.
• Coach and mentor regional cybersecurity delivery teams.
• Conduct training on cybersecurity topics as needed.
• Travel within Europe approximately 20% - 50% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in OT cybersecurity and the energy sector.
• Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity products and solutions.
• Experience in sales coaching and training.
• Familiarity with Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and regulations.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Willingness to participate in video meetings at various times.
• Ability to work in a global organization and interact with diverse cultures.
