Overview

The Boiler Field Service Engineer provides on-site technical direction to customer-owned utility and industrial power plants for their Steam Generating Systems, focusing on troubleshooting, planning, and ensuring optimal performance.

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for steam generating systems.
• Travel 80% of the time within the U.S. and Canada.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or High School Diploma with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a Field Services role or power generation industry.
• Ability to access confined spaces and lift heavy equipment.
• Valid passport for international travel.
• Experience with GE, Alstom, Siemens, or similar equipment is preferred.
• Proficient in PC operations, report writing, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
