Overview

The Site Service Engineer is responsible for performing services and maintenance activities on customers' sites, contributing to the repair and refurbishment of sold or existing products while managing maintenance facilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Services & Field Services.
  • Experience in engineering roles, particularly in maintenance and repair.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to document and execute technical programs.
  • Good interpersonal skills for customer-facing roles.
  • Basic understanding of key business drivers.
  • Ability to work autonomously within a defined framework.
  • Ability to resolve technical issues using established procedures.
  • Willingness to broaden knowledge in technical discipline.
  • Experience leading junior teams is a plus.
