Safety Technician - Remote

Overview

The Safety Technician is responsible for promoting EHS activities, implementing company policies and current legislation, and ensuring risk control and improvements in EHS.

• Promote EHS activities and implement policies.

• Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and industrial areas.
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
• Control KPIs and support monthly and annual SMS management reports.
• Provide training on regulatory standards and EHS topics.
• Must reside in Altamira/PA.
• Technical course in occupational safety required.
• Previous experience in the position is necessary.
• Must have specific training certifications.

Requirements

• Technical course in occupational safety.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Certifications: NR 10, NR 12, NR 33, NR 35, First Aid.
• Training in Emergency Brigade, Work at Height, Confined Space.
• Reside in Altamira/PA.
