Overview

The Senior Product Manager- Embedded Systems Controls will own the technology development roadmap and product lifecycle for GEH Nuclear’s embedded systems product offering, focusing on components and assemblies for nuclear power plants.

• Oversee total product lifecycle and technology development roadmap.
• Develop concepts for new products based on customer feedback and market research.
• Drive new technology introduction and product launch processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance for product improvements.
• Manage supply chain capacity and mitigate fulfillment risks.
• Identify and drive value propositions for product line vitality.
• Interface with joint ventures and supplier relationships.
• Provide guidance during the Inquiry To Order process.
• Ensure adequate funding through business planning.
• Lead programs/projects with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field.
• 10 years of experience in high technology electronics products.
• Experience in embedded systems design and product management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills with PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• LEAN or AGILE methodology experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Nuclear industry experience is desirable.
