Overview

As a Project Manager on our FACTS Project Management team, you will focus on project management and execution for ongoing delivery projects, interfacing with various departments and supporting the sales team.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional project teams with full responsibility for project schedule, budget, and profitability.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers on all project matters.
• Ensure safe and compliant execution of all project obligations.
• Coordinate administrative activities including budget development and project scheduling.
• Participate in process improvement and provide feedback on lessons learned.
• Assist the sales team in developing executable proposals.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and communications.
• Travel is expected to be approximately 25% of working time.
• Fluency in English is required; Finnish is a benefit.
• Previous experience in electrical substations or similar environments is advantageous.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• +3 years of work experience in project management on industrial investment projects.
• Demonstrative knowledge of project management processes.
• Experience with SVC/STATCOM, EPC, or similar systems is beneficial.
• Self-starter with flexibility, resilience, and a self-learning attitude.
• Solid team player with good prioritization and communication skills.
