Overview

Join the Installation team on the Doggerbank project and play a pivotal role in managing the critical path of Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) installation from initiation to completion of offshore construction.

In Short

• Manage the installation process of Wind Turbine Generators.
• Coordinate daily activities of WTG technicians.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with management teams.
• Propose and implement improvements in the installation process.
• Document daily feedback and lessons learned.
• Prepare technical documentation related to offshore installation works.
• Travel to construction sites during off-rotation periods.
• Must have a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Offshore Wind Turbine Installation is essential.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in Offshore Wind Turbine Installation and heavy lift.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and commissioning processes.
• Highly organized and transparent in work approach.
• Able to work effectively within a multicultural team.
