Overview

The Lead Controls Designer will contribute to the design and development of custom protection and control solutions for renewable energy projects, ensuring quality and consistency in design documentation while collaborating with various engineering teams.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7 years of experience in electrical design.
• Proficient in electrical schematic drawing and standard drafting practices.
• Knowledge of IEEE, IEC, ANSI, NEC, AUS, CSA, and NESC standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Creativity and accountability for team results.
• Willingness to comply with company travel policies.
