Overview

The DERMS Quality Assurance Lead is a client-focused role aimed at providing technical testing leadership and ensuring quality in the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for utility clients managing distributed energy resources.

• Engage with utility clients to understand impacts of distributed energy resources.
• Lead the Requirements Management phase to develop approved requirements.
• Author Master Test Plans and Test Strategies.
• Ensure test strategies are aligned with business processes.

• Log defect reports and perform retests as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant experience.
• 10+ years of Quality Assurance testing experience.
• Experience with testing cloud/web-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Exceptional customer engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and enhance team deliverables.
• Experience in developing customer-focused solutions.
• Excellent test design and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and independent judgment.
• Familiarity with emerging energy industry trends.
