Contracts Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented contract specialist to assist with preparation, review, negotiation, and management of various types of contracts across their entire lifecycle. The contract specialist will collaborate with various departments, including legal and finance, to ensure that contracts align with organizational goals.

In Short

• Manage contract requests within the contract management system.
• Prepare Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Consulting Agreements, and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Ensure timely execution of contracts and assist with lifecycle management.
• Handle contract amendments, extensions, and terminations.
• Maintain contract records and monitor deadlines.
• Work closely with various departments to resolve contractual issues.
• Assist with additional projects as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of contract experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrates collaborative communication and problem-solving spirit.
