Requirements

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience partnering with US teams and establishing collaboration best practices.
• Experience leading teams in developing mission-critical product features.
• Experience in managing and developing mid-level, senior, and staff engineers.
• Bonus: Previous experience in a similar role or establishing founding teams.
