Each client has unique business needs, and you will act as a trusted business advisor to understand their specific business pains and map them to Airtable solutions.

In Short

  • Prospect, develop, manage sales pipeline and close customers onto our Airtable Platform.
  • Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers across all industries.
  • Prioritize your book of business and develop account plans.
  • Source expansion opportunities in new departments.
  • Own the full sales-cycle from lead to close.
  • Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle.
  • Educate and consult customers on the value of Airtable.
  • Model use cases of Airtable across different industries.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound email efficiently.
  • Forecast performance against sales targets accurately.

Requirements

  • Bilingual: Fluent in both English and German.
  • 8+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience.
  • 3+ years selling into the Enterprise segment.
  • Track record of overachieving quota.
  • Experience selling to central buying/IT teams.
  • Ability to close 6-figure ARR deals.
  • Strong prospecting and account planning skills.
  • Experience with complex deals and named accounts.
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships with business leaders.
  • Consultative approach to navigating client complexities.
