Dedicated Driver Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Dedicated Driver Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner closely with our Sales team, Account Management team, and Driver Ops Managers to understand launch timelines and requirements and then own the end-to-end sourcing & hiring processes for drivers.

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions.
• Source drivers through various channels.
• Manage prescreening process and documentation.
• Conduct interviews using scoring/selection tools.
• Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge and skills.
• Negotiate job offers and compensation packages.
• Proactively manage driver pipeline for future markets.
• Monitor recruiting trends to inform resourcing decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting operational roles.
• Ability to create and adhere to processes for candidate assessment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in candidate evaluation methods.
• Time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
